Accepted Methods of Payment:  Virginia Bows - Red Apple Kids accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Credit cards are processed by Authorized.net. We also accept Paypal.

Privacy and Security Policy:  Your privacy is important to us.  We do not use, sell or share personal information provided to us online.

Virginia Sales Tax:  Orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia will be subject the 6% sales tax.  Orders shipped outside Virginia will not be subject to this sales tax.

Shipping and Handling:  Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. International orders may take longer. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or by UPS. Delivery confirmation is included with your order. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from us with an expected ship date. Please email us for information regarding international orders and shipping. You will receive an email with a quote for shipping. The 7.95 USD standard shipping fee is for US customers only. FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - THERE MIGHT BE AN INSTANCE WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED IN CUSTOMS. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THIS. International shipments may have to go through customs. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs or postal delays.

Shipping and Handling Charges Per Domestic (Lower 48) U.S. Address:

Orders totaling $85.00 and up are shipped free to US addresses (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) For orders under $85.00 shipping is $7.95 (US addresses only, International orders will be higher)

Return Policy:  We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase. Red Apple Kids - Virginia Bows LLC does not refund shipping charges.  Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  No returned packages will be accepted without an RA Number.  Any item being returned must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition.  If the item(s) was a gift, the refund will be issued only to the credit card used for the original purchase.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.  Failure to follow these requirements will result in no credit being issued.

Special Notice Regarding Custom Made and Holiday Items:  Any Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and or Holiday related items to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked 3 calendar days before the actual Holiday. Custom made items (such as First Communion Veils) are not eligible for refund. All other requirements of our return policy applies.
